Optionally display surface models without smooth normals.

I am using kiwiviewer to show simplified CAD models to customers. Because of the smooth normals all the sharp features like edges look terrible even if in fact they are OK.

Support custom colormaps, perhaps directly the ones saved as xml by Paraview.

Add clipping support of selected domains. Like in the brain atlas demo, but of general use.
